Can the technician view files on my computer?
The nature of computer repair is to manipulate files on your PC to solve your problem and recover use of your machine. Only the files needed to complete the service will be manipulated during the repair. We do not store a customer’s data on our systems unless given prior permission to do so in the course of completing a repair or normal and ongoing business IT support. If you would like to request we stay out of a certain area of the computer, just notify the technician. We respect your privacy!

What if I can’t access the Internet?
If your location’s internet is down or quits during our repair, often we can step you through options which may fix your problem and get you going over our help line! If we can’t help over our help line, we are available to come to you and bring you back online!
What do I do if I can’t use remote sessions?
